- Company Registration both
in English & Nepali (English with original notary and stamp).
- For job holder salary
certificate and leave letter from the currently working organization.
- Bank statement of 6 month
with closing balance 3-5 lakh per person.
- Balance certificate in

Japan e-Visa
Japan currently does
not offer eVisa for Nepali passport holders. All visa applications must be
submitted through VFS Global in Kathmandu (or the Embassy where
appropriate).

Processing Time

Typically collected in Nepali Rupees at the VFS centre.
- Processing time:
Usually 5–7 working days, but complex cases can take up to 2 months — so apply
early.
- Validity:
Once issued, the visa is usually valid for 3 months from issue date — you
should enter Japan within that period.
