Yes. Nepali passport holders need to apply for a Philippine
Tourist Visa at the Philippine Embassy in Kathmandu before travelling. Our

What Is the Best Time to Visit Manila from Nepal?
November to May is the best time to visit Manila. The
weather is dry and warm between 25 and 33 degrees Celsius. This is perfect for
city tours and Tagaytay sightseeing.
Avoid June to October this is the rainy season in the
Philippines. Heavy rains and typhoons (very strong storms) can affect travel
during these months.
Tip: December to February is the
most comfortable time to visit. Tagaytay feels especially wonderful in these
months cool, clear, and perfect for outdoor sightseeing.
What Money Should You Carry?
The Philippines uses Philippine Pesos (PHP). As of
2025, about 1 USD equals 56 to 58 PHP. Exchange your Nepali Rupees to USD in
Nepal, and then change USD to PHP when you arrive in Manila. US dollars are
accepted at most hotels.
Tip: Carry some small USD notes for
easy exchange. ATMs are widely available in Manila and Tagaytay.
How Do You Get to Manila from Nepal?
Fly from Kathmandu to Manila (Ninoy Aquino
International Airport NAIA). There is no direct flight. You will have one
stopover usually in Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Singapore, or Hong Kong. Total

How Far Is Tagaytay from Manila?
Tagaytay is about 60 kilometres south of Manila. The
drive takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Your private guide and vehicle will
take you there comfortably on Day 3.
What Should You Wear?
Manila is hot and humid bring light, comfortable clothes.
For churches, cover your shoulders and knees. For Tagaytay, bring a light
jacket or sweater it is noticeably cooler on the mountain ridge, especially
